Photo Booth Services

Bookings and Payments
Bookings may require a deposit, signed agreement, or full payment depending on the service package. Your event date is not guaranteed until the required booking steps are completed.
All pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and service details will be provided during the booking process or in your service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, venue access, setup instructions, and any special requirements.
Clients must ensure that Be You Photo Booths has reasonable access to the event location for setup and breakdown.
For outdoor events, clients may be required to provide proper coverage, level ground, access to power, and protection from weather conditions.
Use of Photos and Event Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Be You Photo Booths may use event photos, booth setup images, or related content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
If you do not want your event content used for marketing, please notify us in writing before your event.
Prohibited Content
We comply with carrier regulations and do not send SMS messages related to prohibited content, including:
Gambling or gaming.
Short-term loans or financial services.
Adult content.
Illegal substances.
Hate speech, harassment, or other prohibited categories.
Limitation of Liability
Be You Photo Booths is not responsible for delays, service disruptions, technical issues, venue restrictions, power outages, internet issues, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
All services are provided “as is” and subject to the terms agreed upon during booking. Be You Photo Booths is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or SMS communications.
